The Borough

The Borough is a small bar at the bottom of the Dawson. The Dawson is a fairly new condo building constructed across from the Raleigh City Police department. The Borough has a selection of trendy bar food in a trendy bar setting. It's not bad, but I haven't been back since the first time I visited.
