The Roast Grill

I'd guarantee that probably 99% of people who read my reviews have never heard of The Roast Grill. That's because it's a tiny hole in the wall that does nothing but serve hot dogs. Located on West Street, The Roast Grill, is a small restaurant with just a bar and the round stools that spin. And I don't think that they have remodeled since the 60's or 70's. Enter and you will find a couple of people who will serve you a Coke and a hot dog on wax paper. I think that they have expanded on their drink selection but you can still get your hot dog on wax paper and a moon pie for dessert. Now, the cardinal rule when you go to The Roast Grill is to never ask for ketchup. Apparently, it is a no no among hot dog conoisseurs to put ketchup on your hot dog. But, if you're like me, then ketchup can go on just about anything. It's just hot dogs, but I'd put this on the places to try just because it's so unique.
