Sushi Blues

I'm writing this for all of the people who are scared to try Sushi. I used to be one of you. Until, one day, I was brave enough to sample some at Sushi Blues. The biggest misconception about sushi is that it is all raw fish. Actually, there is more cooked selection of Sushi than there is raw. You can get the salmon or tuna raw in a sushi roll, but I always opt for the ones with crab meat or eel. My favorite roll at Sushi Blues is call the Yellow Brick Road. It has tempora flakes, shrimp and crab meat. I also really enjoy all of the rolls that have eel. I know that some of you might be scared to eat eel, but trust me is is tasty.

If you're a Sushi veteran, then I would also suggest Sushi Blues to you. Overall, they just have good food.
